Judicial Roundtable International Conference
“司法圓桌會議”國際研討會
December 10-11, 2018

The Judicial Roundtable International Conference, co-organized by HKU’s Faculty of Law and Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, was successfully held in Shanghai, on 10th-11th December 2018. Close to 80 domestic and foreign judges, experts, scholars, and legal workers from Canada, the UK, Singapore, Russia, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, the Supreme People’s Court, Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People’s Court, Shanghai Financial Court, Suzhou Intermediate People’s Court, and Qingdao Jiaozhou Intermediate People’s Court attended the conference. The delegation from HKU included the Hon. Justice Anselmo Reyes, SC; Prof. Michael Hor, Dean of HKU Faculty of Law; and Dr. Alex Schwartz, Deputy Director of CCPL.

2018年12月10-11日，“司法圓桌會議”國際研討會在上海舉行。來自加拿大、英國、新加坡、俄羅斯、哈薩克斯坦、尼泊爾、斯里蘭卡、中國台灣地區、中國香港特別行政區、中國澳門特別行政區、最高人民法院、上海市第一中級法院、上海金融法院、蘇州市中級人民法院、青島膠州市中級人民法院的法官以及境內外專家學者、實務法律工作者等近80人參加本次研討會。本次會議得到最高人民法院民四庭的指導，由上海政法學院、香港大學聯合舉辦，最高人民法院“一帶一路”司法研究基地、上海市法學會“一帶一路”法律研究會協辦。
