Hong Kong-Mainland China Study Camp of “One Country, Two Systems” (Peking University)

The Peking University "One Country Two Systems" Research Camp was established to promote study on the “One Country Two Systems Principle” and academic exchange between academic circles in the mainland and Hong Kong. Through organizing lectures, talks, and discussions on leading academic papers in the basic law field, the programme helped students better understand the unique characteristics of China’s legal system and its development. The camp aimed to inspire students’ interests in cutting-edge constitutional issues and deepen their knowledge of “One Country Two Systems”. Through co-operation and knowledge exchange, the camp has contributed to building up mutual understanding between students in Hong Kong and the mainland.
