The Supreme People’s Court Summer Internship

香港法律生最高人民法院暑期實習項目

Since 2016, The Legal Department of the Liaison Office of the Central Government in Hong Kong, in conjunction with the Supreme People’s Court, organized the "Summer Internship Program of the Supreme People’s Court for Hong Kong Law Students".

The internship is divided into two streams:

1. The internship program of the First Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court (Shenzhen)

2. The internship program of the Third Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court (Nanjing)

Over the course of their internship, students are given a rare opportunity to see the inner workings of the court first-hand. Each intern follows a leading judge to attend trials and participate in case discussions. Judges provide practical explanations to interns on cutting-edge issues in civil and commercial cases.

2016年至今，中央政府駐港聯絡辦法律部會同最高人民法院每年面向香港特區法律專業學生舉辦“香港法律生最高人民法院暑期實習項目”，分別在最高人民法院第一巡迴法庭、第三巡迴法庭舉辦該實習項目。
